When you sign up to our mailing list through any of our landing pages or website forms, we collect:

We do not collect any sensitive personal data and we do not collect payment information directly — any purchases are handled securely through our payment processor.

- Send you the free resource(s) you signed up to receive
- Send you our regular email newsletter containing fitness, wellness and lifestyle content relevant to pregnancy, postpartum and perinatal health
- Occasionally inform you of products, programmes or services offered by Momma Move that we think may be of interest to you

Kit — our email service provider
We use Kit (formerly ConvertKit) to manage our mailing list and deliver our emails. Kit acts as a data processor on our behalf, meaning they handle and store your data in order to deliver our email communications to you.

Your data is stored securely on Kit's servers. We have a data processing agreement in place with Kit as required under GDPR.
How long we keep your data
