Hey Momma! I'm Ruby - Momma, former Scottish Weightlifting Champion, and Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.
I've spent 16 years in the fitness industry - from teaching pole dancing and running my own studios, to competing in and winning the Scottish Weightlifting Championship in 2022. Movement has always been my passion, and helping people feel strong and at home in their bodies has always been my purpose.
After having my baby in 2025, I found myself feeling completely disconnected from my body - navigating postpartum challenges like diastasis recti, prolapse, and chronic low back pain. I know how overwhelming it can all feel - despite everything I knew, I still felt lost. Healing my own body is what led me here - and it's why I'm so passionate about guiding other Mommas back to themselves, one breath at a time. 🤍
