I got you, Momma.
You are about to begin the most beautiful journey of motherhood... Let's make it as smooth as possible.
When I was preparing for my baby in 2025, I wished I had ready-made templates and checklists to guide me. Writing out my birth preferences and packing my hospital bag took hours - it was overwhelming while also trying to mentally and physically prepare for birth!
That’s why I created this planner and checklist. You’ll have easy access to everything you need right from your phone, or you can print them if you prefer - all designed to make your lead-up to birth as smooth and stress-free as possible. 🤍
Why Your Birth Preferences & Hospital Bag Matter
Your birth day is one of the most important days of your life - and preparation is about more than just packing. A clear birth preferences plan ensures your care team knows your wishes and how you want to be supported, whether that’s comfort measures, labour positions, or how decisions are made.
Packing your hospital bag thoughtfully means you won’t be scrambling for essentials when the big day arrives. From comfort items to newborn necessities, these checklists take the guesswork out of prep, so you can walk into labour feeling supported, organised, and calm - focusing on what really matters: welcoming your baby. 🤍
Here's what's inside:
🤍 Birth Preferences Planner - prompts and space to write your personal plan so you feel confident and ready
🤍 Hospital Bag Checklist - newborn, partner, and momma essentials, all in one place
🤍 Printable & Phone‑Friendly Versions - tick off items anywhere, anytime
🤍 Peace of Mind - less stress and more calm going into labour so you can focus on the moment
Get ready to meet your baby with clarity and confidence, knowing your wishes are clear and your bag is packed exactly how you need it. 🤍
Hey Momma! I'm Ruby - Momma, former Scottish Weightlifting Champion, and Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.
I've spent 16 years in the fitness industry - from teaching pole dancing and running my own studios, to competing in and winning the Scottish Weightlifting Championship in 2022. Movement has always been my passion, and helping people feel strong and at home in their bodies has always been my purpose.
After having my baby in 2025, I found myself feeling completely disconnected from my body - navigating postpartum challenges like diastasis recti, prolapse, and chronic low back pain. I know how overwhelming it can all feel - despite everything I knew, I still felt lost. Healing my own body is what led me here - and it's why I'm so passionate about guiding other Mommas back to themselves, one breath at a time. 🤍
